In the summer, cruise Bear Lake’s turquoise waters on a boat, kayak, canoe, jet ski or paddle board. If you’re more of a land lover, bike around the lake’s 50-mile shoreline, hike, ride horses, picnic or even golf. The fun Bear Lake activities don’t slow down in the winter, either: enjoy snowmobiling on countless trails or hit the slopes at nearby Beaver Mountain, Utah’s best-kept winter secret.
Bear Lake Beaches
A stunning shoreline is the perfect backdrop for Bear Lake activities. Spend your day sunbathing, swimming or floating at Rendezvous Beach, Blue Water Beach and others. Once you are done playing at the lake, come back to the resort to relax at the pool (coming soon), enjoy the indoor water park (coming soon) or eat at one of our mouth-watering restaurants.
Boating at Bear Lake

Fishing at Bear Lake

Skiing Near Bear Lake
Hit the slopes at Beaver Mountain, less than 20 minutes away from the Water’s Edge Resort. You can ski and ride 48 different runs, shred two terrain parks and see mountain vistas near Bear Lake that will take your breath away.
Snowmobiling
Get your winter thrills by shredding more than 350 miles of nearby trails. Ride from Curtis Creek and Elk Valley all the way to St. Charles to see cascading waterfalls, frozen streams and local wildlife. Water’s Edge Resort, your new favorite Bear Lake snowmobiling destination.
