Brand new, spacious vacation condominium in Garden City, Utah on the shores of Bear Lake. Fully furnished with all the necessities for a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops.
This incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, the Keurig and the K-cups, smart TVs, and a fantastic kitchen. As a third-story suite, you get beautiful views of Bear Lake and, in some cases, a spectacular view of the mountains! The condo is within walking distance of a public beach and all of your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town. We have an on-site restaurant that will deliver right to your door. Visit our retail clothing shops, a day spa for a massage, pedicure, manicure, and a nostalgic candy store, all located on the property.
Our vacation suite is the perfect couple's getaway wanting to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. With one private bedroom and a sofa sleeper, the condo comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 people! There are two additional neighboring rooms that sleep 2 to 4 that are available upon request. The master suite has a king-sized bed, private bath, private access to the patio/deck, and enjoys a spectacular view of the lake. The condo includes a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen has full-size appliances, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are included. This condo even has a dishwasher and in-suite washer and dryer.
The resort is currently under construction, and this 2nd phase condo is so new that we don't have pictures yet. The images provided are renderings of the condo. Up-to-date photos will be provided as soon as construction is completed. Rest assured, the condo will be completed before you come and stay with us. Our fantastic Candy Co, Spa at the Water's Edge, Cody's Gastro Garage, and Surf Club are open and ready to make your stay unforgettable! The other amenities that you will see on the Resort Renderings are not complete yet and are scheduled to be completed next year. For now, you can enjoy this brand new, beautiful condo and the existing 1st phase amenities previously mentioned.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Reservations will receive a full refund less credit card processing fees up to 30 days prior to travel. No discounts for late arrival or early departure. Bookings made under 30 days will be non-refundable. Purchasing your own travel insurance is advised.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold a booking made 30 days or more in advance and is refundable less credit card fees. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Bookings made under 30 days will be charged in full at the time of booking and are not refundable.
